Installed this fan yesterday replacing an older unit with an A/C motor and ugly dangling lights. Love the sleek elegant look to this fan with it's rich warm wooden blades. Installation was relatively easy, took more energy taking down the old fan first. Putting up a unit with the blades initially installed was quite different from these older units which first had you install the mount & motor. Fortunately these DC motor units are much lighter than their A/C counterparts - just make sure you're aware of the blade positions so that they don't hit anything during the installation process. Took me less than 1 hour to install. Everything worked fine from the get-go.

Bought 2 fans for guest rooms. They look and perform great. Move a lot of air and are quieter than I expected. After about 4 months I had a remote quit working on one of the fans. I emailed the company and they immediately sent a replacement remote with no charge...My only real complaint is that you have to turn the fan on with the remote everytime. If your fan is wired to a switch. It will always default to "off". Overall it's not a big deal but something I noticed. I definitely recommend them.

Beautiful looking fan with look of rich wood. Powerful, yet quiet fan. Options for 6 speeds, and for light.
Easy to install but the LATEST YouTube video is better than the manual. They should give clearer explaination in the remote wiring. If you are replacing an older fan, you will go crazy trying to figure out where one of the wires goes and eventually conclude that it isn’t needed!

I have purchased two of these fans and they are a good value. Easy to install, easy to operate, quiet and vibration free. I also have reached out to DNK Customer Service a few times and obtained quick and helpful responses.

If you are looking for a DC fan that works well, looks good and has good customer support, these fans are great.

I purchased a fan as a replacement; setup is easy. Fan has a hook that allows you to hang the fan partially while you connect and hide wires etc. I great feature for installation so both hands are free. Fan works well, good quality for price, attractive fan.
