QUALITY GUARANTEE POLICY:

DNK is delicated to designing and making all kinds of ceiling fan. We have strict control of the materials and workmanship. Each product is quality crafted. DNK fans' quality warranty applies only when our products have been put to the use intented by DNK and specifically excludes defects from misuse, use beyond a product’s intented purpose or coincidental and consequential damages. 

GUARANTEE DURATION:

Warranty: 2 Years After Being Delivered. DNK warrants the product against defects in materials and workmanship for a period 2 years from the date of being delivered ("Warranty Period") when the product is purchased on an official authorization channel. (Official Website)

 

DNK PROMISE:

Money Back Guarantee: 65 Days After Order. If a defect covered by the warranty occurs during the warranty period, we will provide unconditional replacement service for the product that DNK determined to be defective.Product damaged within 65 days from the date of being delivered shall be entitled to a refund.

 

WHAT IS COVERED BY THE WARRANTY?

Any damages resulting from normal use that affect the functionality of the DNK products are covered during the warranty period.

 

WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY?

  • Misused/abused/damaged by accident/damaged due to acts of nature. (For example lightning strikes, tornadoes, hurricanes and such)
  • Unauthorized modification/repair/dis-assembly or operation not in accordance with the official instructions or manuals
  • Non-quality related issues
  • Items purchased from unauthorized resellers
  • Used for special applications other than normal consumer use
  • Lost /stolen/free/refundedproduct
  • Any defects or damages caused by exposure to excessive heat, cold, liquids or other external causes.
  • Not able to provide valid proof of purchase
