I had two issues with the fan, but I have decided to keep it because their customer service is excellent! They sent me a replacement parts immediately!

I bought this fan some time ago and the motor did not work when I installed it. It took me some time to get an electrician out to confirm power to the fan… DNK offers a lifetime warranty on the motor so I contacted them and they promptly replaced the motor snd matching remote.. Works great and it makes our deck so much more enjoyable!!!

My original fan went out in my Master BR - 12x17 ft room. I purchased this fan because I wanted one that could move a volume of air, had a remote, and a DC motor so I could reverse it in the different seasons without involving a ladder. My original was a 52" , 5-blade fan. I was hopeful that this 3-blade 60" fan with 6-Speeds would be a nice replacement. Install was fairly straight forward with easy to follow instructions. DC motor is almost silent really with only the noise from moving air at the top speeds. Love the 3 temperatures of lighting and 4 stages of brightness on each. With the lights out, I still had a slight glow to the light even though it was off. I contacted Customer Service and they recommended that I replace my 3 metal screws that hold the LED panel with nylon ones to correct this issue. I purchased 3 new ones along with nylon washers at ACE for about $0.40 and that fixed the problem. A+ for the fast reply and solution from the Service Department. Perhaps DNK should only ship nylon screws for the LED in the future to avoid any issues altogether. Overall the product absolutely meets all my expectation. I only run the fan on #2 of 6 speeds and it moves all the air I need. Customer Service is outstanding in speed to reply. I will consider DNK for my future fan needs as I like the sleek, minimal look and quality.

The fan was easy to install and has been great so far. The remote that came with it only worked for 6 speeds. They responded quickly and sent out a new remote. Great product and customer service.
