Perfect for a low ceiling. We bought 2 of them for bedrooms and our guests are extremely happy we did!

This is exactly what we were looking for and very modern and it hugs the ceiling.

We bought this fan primarily because the room it is installed it has a low ceiling. This seemed like the best option for the money. We had an electrician install it (we are both 75 yo and while we might have managed, we played it safe.).
This fan is super quiet (can't hear it at all on low speed, and really only hear the air movement at higher speeds) and the remote works as expected. Because the fan is so quiet I have forgotten to turn it off at night. I now use the remote fan function to turn it off after 1, 2, or 4 hours, depending on how late I plan to stay up.
We are considering getting another for our bedroom because this fan is so quiet.
